Kulula, a South African airline, is a subsidiary of Comair Limited and began operations in 2001. The name is the isiZulu word for ‘easily’. Though the airline concentrates on the South African domestic market it also has services that reach areas such as Namibia, Mauritius, Zimbabwe and Zambia. Kulula dominates the low-cost flight market in South Africa and has 8 Boeing 737-800s, which is a big move up from their humble beginnings in 2001.

Kulula mainly concentrates on offering customers flights to the major domestic areas such as Cape Town, Johannesburg (Lanseria and O.R Thambo airports), Durban, and Port Elizabeth.
