It is not necessary for the e-cigarette refill liquid to contain nicotine. For flavored vapor, the nicotine liquid is replaced and is then mixed with the flavored liquid from an electronic cigarette retailer.

The liquid is drained overnight by disassembling the unit. The atomizer is placed on a clean cloth and is left there to drain. You should make sure that the battery connection side is facing up.

All these three ingredients you have are mixed at a ratio of 70 percent propylene glycol or vegetable glycerin to 15 percent flavorings to 15 percent distilled water. You can now try your nicotine-free e-liquid in your electronic cigarette.
