In some circumstances, the act of installing an en suite will actually add more value to your home than it will actually cost to create. However, it is always worth looking at luxury bathrooms over very run of the mill ones. Whilst a very simple bathroom might cost less in the short run, the actual boost in price to your property will be far less than if you buy the right fitted bathrooms, both in terms of size and shape but also in terms of aesthetics.
