Smoothie for weight loss

When it comes to smoothies, most people think the thicker and creamier, the better. Therefore they stuff unhealthy ingredients into their blender, including yoghurt, milk and ice-cream. For a healthy but equally tasty alternative try fresh vegetables. Vegetables are high in fibre and will work well to fill you up while cutting back on calories.

For a yummy weight-loss smoothie, blend together carrots, spinach and cucumber. This delicious smoothie will satisfy your hunger and promote a healthy diet. This smoothie is also high in antioxidants and vitamins, making it a perfect inclusion in your weight loss diet.

Smoothie for anti-aging

Antioxidants have been known to help slow, or even reverse the common signs of aging.
