She also noted some of the more extravagant trends in bathroom design from this year so far. According to the expert, underfloor heating is something many individuals are keen to have. Such provisions can be more eco-friendly and they also give an added air of luxury.
Meanwhile, Ms Dargie went on to suggest that consumers are eager to have lots of mirrors and useful storage to house items in. In addition, there is rising interest in having two basins located in the main bathroom, she claimed. And when it comes to showers, large, walk-in versions and wet rooms areas are all the rage, she added.
The specialist went on to state: “If the room is large enough, a comfortable chair is a luxury too. Also, a built-in flat screen TV at the end of the bath. I think people now want gorgeous hotel bathrooms.”
