Communicate Clearly with Customers through Considered Flyer Design

January 13, 2012 by Nick Bella

In these modern times, there are many different effective marketing tools that your business can employ, from mailshots to social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter. While these are all great ways of reaching your customers, there is still a lot to be said for the traditional flyer, which won’t languish forgotten about at the bottom of the inbox. Flyers can be ordered at the same time as getting your business cards online and can be easily customised to match your business card design, creating a stronger branding for your business. Like your business card design, think carefully about how you want to present your flyer and what you want it to achieve. Make sure the headline is attention grabbing – most prospective clients will base their decision whether to read on or not on the information that they receive in the headline and whether it is a product or service that appeals to them. Don’t swamp the flyer with dense text and too much information either, otherwise your customers might get bored and stop reading. Use a clear and simple layout, either in colour or black and white, and present the facts. Do some market research to see which words or phrases appeal to your target market.

Ordering your flyers and business cards online is really easy to do. Having thought about what you want to say, you can choose from a template which you can then customise or upload your own design if you have one. Because you are involved in every step of the design process, you can make sure your flyer looks exactly how you want it to and ensure the content gets across what you want to say. If you change your mind halfway through designing, you can simply change it so it has greater appeal to your customers.

Maximising Your Marketing

November 18, 2011 by Nick Bella

When it comes to marketing, there will be numerous different approaches that any company can take. However, if you want to be sure you can maximise your marketing, you need to choose a route that will give you as much control over your approach as possible.

One of the best ways to make sure people take notice of you and remember you is to give them something tangible. Whilst catchy or irritating jingles may well stick in people’s minds, they may well stay with people for the wrong reasons or even completely overshadow the core information that the customer is given.

Flyer printing is one route that offers as much control as possible. Not only can you have far more control over the focus and impact of each individual campaign, but you can also ensure that the right people get the right flyers in their hands. Whilst mailing out flyers will be beneficial for many companies, for the majority, one of the best routes will be to actually take to the streets and ensure that you specifically target your key demographic.

Whether you print small flyers or look into booklet printing to get a greater array of information out to your target audience, by having the ability to get the right info to the right people, you are almost certain to drive up interest in your business, and at a very low cost.

However, simply handing out flyers or booklets will rarely be all you need to do. For the best possible results, it will be best to ensure that those handing out the leaflets do so in a manner that gets attention. The more personable those handing out your information are, the more likely the recipients are to read the content instead of simply putting them away without a second thought.

Is Anger Bad For Our Health?

February 17, 2011 by James Lewis Leave a Comment

Hi, I am prabhakar. Last week i have read an article about Anger Management, and i would like to share why anger is bad for our health?, We all lose our cool now and then.True, the occasional anger-induced tantrum is an inescapable part of human life, experts say.Yet there is a distinction between normal anger and anger that’s unhealthy and destructive.
“Anger, in general, is healthy,” explains Dr. Carole D. Stovall, a Washington, D.C.-based psychologist who consults individuals and corporations on issues such as anger management. “Just like sadness or happiness, it’s a normal emotion. Where people get into trouble is when anger becomes a behavior that is physically, verbally or emotionally inappropriate.”If somebody accidentally bumps us in the subway, that’s an irritation, but if we explode over that, it’s clearly more than that person bumping us,” explains Stovall, noting that chronic and excessive anger usually indicates deeper issues in a person’s life.
“When we’re angry, there’s damage done to the systems that keep us healthy,” says psychologist Dr. Ernest H. Johnson of Raleigh, NC, author of Brothers on the Mend: Understanding and Healing Anger for African American Men and Women. “So we’re more prone to cancer, including this prostate problem that a lot of men are going through. In the end, for many people who have problems really expressing and dealing with their feelings, there’s early mortality–dropping dead from a stroke or a heart attack, kidney disease or breast cancer.”
