Energy prices never stay still for long, seeming constantly to fluctuate, yet with each company boasting a better deal for businesses, it is no wonder that most businesses settle on a provider, trying to avoid the colossal headache which can be caused by trying to identify a truly great deal. Some companies charge hidden costs within utility bills, which can be hard for the untrained individual to spot or argue. These factors usually end up leaving businesses more out of pocket than they need to be, spending money that would be better saved in these unsteady economic times. PH Energy is a family-run company, set up to assist businesses in such matters, helping to save time, money, the environment, and the headache of dealing with utility companies. The company, an independent utility broker, has been saving companies money for nearly fifty years in their role as energy consultants. Join the rest of us in the 21st centry with corporate e cards.
Have you noticed what’s going at work? Apart from the new photocopier arriving on the second floor and the prices going up in the cafeteria. I’m talking about more a general, universal trend. Email communications. And not just the everyday messages that we send, but cards too. Corporate e cards are replacing traditional physical ones more and more. First it happened with marketing materials – newsletters and brochures. Now cards too. Well why not, saves all the hassle of sending all those business Christmas cards.
Time and financial pressures are rampant in the modern work place. We work long hours and never seem able to quite get on top of our workloads at the best of time. Then we get given extra things to sort and organise. Like those blasted business Christmas cards. Do you remember last year? Sad with Adele from reception stuffing envelope after envelope until you’d nearly gone mad. Trudging home at the end of the day nursing multiple paper cuts and cursing your boss. No wonder you don’t get excited with each opening of the Advent calendar window. It’s just a countdown to more Yuletide marketing misery.
Well, put your foot down this year. Tell your boss it’s time to join everyone else in the 21st century and send corporate e cards instead. No envelope stuffing, no wasting valuable time and absolutely no paper cards. You never know, you might enjoy helping to design them and when it comes to sending them. Well, I’m sure your poor little overworked fingers just about have enough life left in them to hit return.
E cards can be interactive and way more fun than traditional ones. Add in some Christmas themed animation or some music for those with sounds cards and speakers. By using your imagination they can become just as much of an event as anything your customers receive in the post.
Forget envelope stuffing – send business greeting cards online.
Business is all about good relationships. After all what differentiating factors are left as more and more goods and services become commodities? Good service and showing you care. The relationship you have with your customers. Yet you would be amazed how many businesses forget this and get complacent, taking orders and customer loyalty for granted. And it really doesn’t much to show you care and say thank you. Of course at work we under more and more pressure. We are basically asked to achieve more with fewer and fewer resources. Which is when things break down and become impersonal. Back in the day you would have time to sort out nice little touches like business greeting cards to mark occasions like Christmas or even just to say thank you to a customer or supplier. Not any more. However, thanks to the Internet this is all changing. [Read more…] about Forget envelope stuffing – send business greeting cards online.
